We've come back for a second bite at the dumplings of Central Asia... this week it's the classic Mantu. Shaped like a shell, or a Cornish pastie, it's a delicious steamed parcel, usually filled with meat. We also do vegetarian fillings, and even a gluten free pasta dough.
